Doughnuts Recipe for Selling in Kenya

- Oil for deep frying
- Sugar for coating, optional
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
- Add warm milk or water, egg and margarine.
- Knead until the dough is soft and smooth.
- Cover and allow to rise until doubled.
- Roll and cut into doughnut shapes.
- Allow a second rise until light.
- Fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown.
- Coat with sugar if desired.
