Define the anniversary statement precisely
Confirm whether the business is celebrating, for example, five years since launch, ten years of service or another internal milestone. Use the wording the organization actually approves rather than inventing a slogan. If the number is important, make it visible enough to read in photographs.
Provide the official company name exactly as it should appear on the cake.
Use branding selectively
A logo, two core colours and a short anniversary message may be enough. Too many brand assets can make the cake look like a poster instead of a celebration. Tell Moh Bakes which elements are mandatory and which are optional visual references.
If the event theme uses different colours from the everyday brand, clarify which palette should lead the cake design.
Plan for the people and programme
Share whether the event is an internal staff celebration, client event or formal function, plus the expected guest range and other desserts. Identify who will receive the cake and when the anniversary photo or cutting is scheduled.
Those details allow size, format and logistics to be discussed from the real event rather than from the milestone number alone.
