Choose a message the whole team can share
A short team phrase, company name or motivational message can work better than individual names when the group is large. If the event has a theme, use that as the main concept and keep the cake wording concise.
Company colours can provide identity even when you do not need a detailed logo cake. Tell Moh Bakes which brand elements are approved for use.
Plan around movement and venue conditions
If participants will be moving between activities, decide where the cake will stay and who is responsible for it. Outdoor venues may need shade or an indoor holding area. Avoid repeated transport between activity stations.
Share the expected cake-cutting time so delivery or collection can be coordinated with the part of the programme when the team is together.
Use the cake as a group photo moment
A team-building cake can create a natural point for a group photograph, recognition announcement or closing message. Place it where the team can gather safely before cutting and make sure the key wording faces the camera side.
Tell the serving team in advance how many people are expected and whether other snacks or desserts are available.
