Choose the opening message
A short line such as 'Grand Opening', 'Now Open' or a simple congratulations message can sit with the business name. If the brand has an official launch phrase, send the exact approved wording instead of relying on the baker to infer it from a poster.
Check the spelling and capitalization of the business name, especially when a new brand has not yet become familiar to everyone involved.
Connect cake presentation to the opening programme
Tell Moh Bakes whether the cake will be photographed before guests arrive, presented after ribbon cutting or served later in the event. If media, clients or partners are attending, choose a moment when the intended people are present.
Identify a staff member who can receive and safely place the cake while the organizer handles other launch tasks.
Plan the cake's serving role
Estimate how many guests, staff and partners may take cake and whether catering includes other sweets. A launch cake can be a ceremonial centrepiece, a full dessert for guests or something between those roles.
The final size and quote should come from that real serving plan along with the selected decoration, flavour and location.
